(210) 341-0333
You know that old saying, if it ain’t tied down it’ll walk away. Well, four tires, bolted on to 2020 managed to walk away and needed heavy towing near Highway 35. Thieves came over the night and de-wheeled this Toyota. They didn’t even have the courtesy to leave it on blocks. This left Mission Wrecker with a predicament. They move the car without damaging it; they needed to raise it off the asphalt. So, they decided to get airbags to cleanly raise the new Toyota up off the ground.
So, with two sets of airbags and a bit of wood cribbing for leverage, they raised the Toyota cleanly and safely up. No wheels. No tires. No Problem.
Details of Heavy Towing 35 Recovery
A Heavy Towing 35 Highway recovery was needed to lift a Toyota that had its tires stolen. A call came into Mission Wrecker about a car that had its tires lifted overnight. They then attached towing straps and towing chains to the car. The heavy towing 35 then lifted the Toyota off the ground. The Toyota lifted 1 foot into the air. The Toyota lifted 3 feet into the air. The heavy towing 35 lifted the Toyota 3 feet, 10 feet and 20 feet into the air. They then repositioned the Toyota to the left just about the flatbed.
