The latest Mission Wrecker heavy truck recovery was one that only heavy duty recovery professionals could handle! The team of experts was ready to save the day when they recently received a call from a customer from Devine, TX.
The Mission Wrecker team arrived on the scene to find a burned tractor and trailer that was loaded with steel frames. But that wasn’t enough to stop these heavy truck recovery experts! With their top-of-the-line equipment, including a 50-ton century rotator on a Peterbilt chassis, a 55-ton Landoll Trailer pulled by a Peterbilt tractor, an 8.5-ton JerrDan flatbed on a Peterbilt chassis, and a 6K CAT forklift, they were ready to take on any challenge.
Thankfully they were met by the Medina County Sheriffs, TXDOT, and volunteer fire departments to assist in maintaining a safe heavy truck recovery scene. They quickly assessed the situation and got to work. They loaded the tractor onto the flatbed with the help of the rotator, and then unloaded the steel frames onto their landloll trailer for transportation.
Once the load was completely removed, the crew loaded the heavily burned and damaged trailer onto a lift for tow to the impound lot. The heavy truck recovery team worked tirelessly, moving everything out of the way, and picking up the burned debris before clearing the scene. It was an all-hands-on-deck situation, but the Mission Wrecker crew never faltered. Impressive work, team! Keep up the amazing work!
