Fantastic service. He arrived to my location in pretty good time considering it was raining today and everyone in San Antonio forgets how to drive when it rains so I’m sure he had other customers to attend to before me. He showed up, and got me back on the road in 10 minutes. Appreciate it!

On my way home down 1604/Bandera, on 11/15/24 at 6:55 PM my tire popped! My insurance company’s roadside dept. was a mess and canceled then rescheduled 3 wreckers. I was waiting for 3 hrs and Mission Wrecker expedited my call and showed up within 10 mins. I wish I could remember his name for recognition. It was late but he was very professional and even explained & showed me where he would be hooking up the straps & made sure my car was in tow mode. When the driver arrived, I explained what my truck was doing, and he attempted to fix it so I wouldn't need the tow. When we got to my neighborhood, he was respectful of the neighbors and didn't make a noise with the chains.
