AMAZING service!! I completely forgot his name but it was today 2/18 between 1PM-2:30PM for a Mitsubishi Mirage! Very polite, very fast, and he was also super knowledgeable about my car! My tire shredded and went up into my headlight in the fast lane on 410, going 75. I called for a tow and was still a little shaky with adrenaline and the tow driver had a very calming voice, assured me he’d be there to help! I had the privilege of meeting him at the automotive shop and he showed me what he thought it might ...

The towing technician quickly arrived to the scene to help me. I was so glad I did not have to wait 2 hrs like what I experienced with a different towing service in the past. Bill was very polite.
