Absolutely the kindest and most helpful technician I have ever encountered. Most people doing roadside assistance wouldn’t have been willing to help in my complicated situation at 5am. He was more than happy to work with the complexities, so efficient, and again— simply so pleasant. I can’t remember his name as I was so stressed, but older gentleman, will call to get his name, and he deserves a massive raise for being a wonderful human and technician.

I had the unfortunate luck of having a flat tire on the freeway in a hundred degree weather.Thankfully “Will”;my tow truck driver from Mission Wrecker Service came to my rescue.Will immediately offered me to sit inside his truck where the A/C instantly cooled me down.Hats off once again to the (A1) service provided by all who assisted me starting with the Dispatcher and on down to the driver.I definitely recommend Mission Wrecker Service.

My experience with Mission Towing was great!! At first I was told they would pick up my SUV the next morning, however the gentleman (forgot his name) spoke to on the phone made it happen that same evening. John (I think) picked up my SUV around 7:00 pm and was very caring, friendly and professional. I can’t say enough good things about Mission Towing!
